We are a subsidiary of PTV AG in Karlsruhe, Germany, distributing the market leading software suite PTV Vision including the well known comonents Visum and Vissim.

PTV Vision is a complete package including among others:

ptv transportation (VISUM) for macroscopic analysis of traffic

ptv simulation (VISSIM) for microscopic simulation of traffic

ptv demand (VISEM) for modelling transportation demand

ptv traffic engineering (P2) for traffic signal control optimisation

We are based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but work in all of Scandinavia.

VIPS

We were previously known as VIPS AB, a name which remains as our secondary business name. The old VIPS pages can be reached through this link.
The VIPS system is now fully integrates in VISUM which is thereby the world leading system for public transport.
